Shrove Tuesday

I heard on the radio that today was Shrove Tuesday... and I reminded my mum that pancake making is one of her specialities.
So even though she couldn't consume most of her very filling lunch at her Rotary meeting today, she still pulled the rabbit out of the hat, with lovingly-made, delicious pancakes for her visitors.
