Happy Christmas! (and it's not over yet)

One of my Christmas presents was a gift card for a department store. As I was in town yesterday I decided that it was a good time to use it, so after the optician's appointment I went in there. 

I decided to go for something for the kitchen, and saw this set of knives, on offer at 50% off. Unable to resist such an offer, I went for it, but when I got to the till the price came up even lower - with 70% off. So now I have a set of knives, and a gift card with some remaining value, so when I go back to collect my new glasses I think I will be calling in again to see what else is on offer.
