Fallingworth Hall - Norland

Norland is a small village (pop. 600) above Halifax.  It has a good moor (250 acres) for Polly walking, and a good few old and interesting houses to look at.
This is Fallingworth Hall - built in 1642 (the year the English Civil War broke out).  It's a really nice Grade II listed building - now two houses.  373 years old - and still going strong.  They don't make 'em like this anymore :-)
