FIFTY SHADES

Had no other choice really than to change this into black & white!
Got home from The Hospital at lunchtime and went back to work, I did take things steady mind, the worse thing about the whole experience was my poor wife who was in a frantic panic bless her, proves she cares, I dare not tell her that the pains have started again tonight, off to bed now (impossible to sleep in a hospital ward, to many noise, bleeps, pings, people) and try and rest myself better.
