An Alternative Heavens

His Lordship is still lingering under the cloak of ill health, but was determined to honour the Thursday food shop. He was so compliant about my choice of food and subsequent packing, that I do have to believe he continues to be very much under the weather, the more so when he mentioned not to give hime too much to eat for supper tonight. That's a first!

I've tucked him up in his chair beside the computer, while I go out bagging footsteps.
There seems little chance in this activity realising a magic weight loss if I have just downed a hot cross bun.... A small one though, no butter or jam....
