On the hearth

Spent the day cleaning in this empty house, taking Hector with me. He ran round playing with his collection of socks there.
Apart from the two chairs it's just carpet in a long thru' room. After working in the kitchen I looked into this carpeted area to find no dog, only to realize he was sitting on the hearth for no particular reason. Just managed a snap of him!
