A walk in the park

Quick blip today.

I was pretty sure I could smell gas in the house so got Brit. Gas out to have a gander, he checked everything thoroughly but said we were OK no leaks at all. but he was worried it could be coming from next door, Unfortunately they were not in so he checked with his gas probe through the letterbox and got a reading, we had no idea where they were or where they work as they keep themselves to themselves  (still not in) so he turned off their gas supply. ooops I recon they won't be happy but he has left a note on the door telling them who to contact.
