Frigid Friday

The folks reporting on the weather keep saying, "This is going to be the coldest day" or "This is going to be the coldest night". With a report like that it can only get better, right? Driving to work this morning my thermometer started at -3F and ended at -17F which makes me think I'm going the wrong way!?
