Great inspirational address from Gold Medal winning rower Tim Foster.

Key message for me was that coaches need to grow with their Atheletes. That coaches need to know the coach their players need as opposed to the coach the players would like. One big picture is made of lots of little pictures, the coach needs to recognise them all.
