Cuernavaca exploration!

After an amazing breakfast by the pool, mum and I both had facials which were amazing and made our skin feel brand new. We decided to do some exploring so set off into the midday sun! We had found some places online that we wanted to see, including the San Anton waterfall. Wriggling through all the tiny residential streets we finally saw a sign over a gateway and began walking down lots of stone steps. Apparently it is the highest waterfall in Mexico but I'm not sure if this is true... There is a walkway underneath however we think it was closed as its the quiet season. After going all the way back up to the top and back through the streets we went into the cathedral which has beautiful murals painted on the walls and had a drink in the gardens. I noticed mum was looking a bit pink and we both realised we had no suncream on but also no makeup with spf - oops! The afternoon was spent on the sun loungers or in the pool and we both had massages in the evening. Later we went out for dinner and sat on a terrace enjoying the warmth and amazing food!
