Turning in his grave?

I've never seen/noticed this sculpture before, but guessed even at 100yards who is was.
Fred Truman would not have been impressed with the display earlier today of the England cricket team vs New Zealand. No disrespect to the Black Caps, but the England team were abject. Fred was a bit antiestablishment in a working class way, confrontational and pretty frighteningly fast as a bowler, no sign of that on the England side today.

I've now seen this is blip 1000. I've pretty much limped to the 1000, just going through a busy phase of life otherwise at the moment.
