Ready for the Oven

My housemate decided enough with the junk food and weight gain, time to get healthy. So she spent a whole lot on fresh food, most of which she has no idea what to do with. But for me, these are bags full of dreams come true! I felt well enough to do a bit of cooking today, so this sweet potato, kale, corn and chicken dish is ready for the oven. Here's hoping it lives up to the reviews and meets with her approval. Smells wonderful!
