... stop press ... someone has spray painted the hibernating rare giant porcupine ....

This came as a surprise ... it looked like a nice day until I went out. Having waited in for a planned call with my parents G.P. I got out just as the light was going and got caught out in a surprise blizzard. At the risk of sounding like British Rail, it was unusual snow, oddly sticky, and it had settled rather beautifully on the grasses and looked like a muted Japanese etching.
