Scottish Soldier

This is the front window of a flat in Aberdeen.
To say this chap is ' a character ' is an understatement.
He dresses partly in a military uniform, and is a bit 'Johnny-no-mates. '
On the opening of the Scottish Parliament he was cordoned off, on his own' behind a barrier. I saw this on a TV documentary about him.
