Heron Fishing

There was so much happening at the causeway this morning when Blip mate and I went for a look. There was a young  man fishing; a very bedraggled shag with out-stretched wings drying off; a shag in the water fishing and a flock of spoonbills flying to get away from the rising tide.

This pic of a white faced heron intently fishing was my favourite though. It is straight out of camera.
