Nature Taking Over

My poor bicycle.  It's been neglected for quite some time - well, since I was blown off it by a passing lorry a couple of years ago and ended up in a nettle patch (narrowly avoiding a deep ditch)!  Nature is now taking over, having rained through its protective cover and now weeds entwining the panniers.  I wonder whether it is worth clearing it all up and repairing it again...
