Crow with a good view

A super sunrise this morning with colours of orange, yellow and red developing all the time. The cloud formation was also interesting, lots of different layers. The crow flew in front of me and landed in the tree, soon to be joined by another which he crowed at noisily. I think they may be returning to the nest they made last year.
For the rest of the day it was fairly grey , brightening up at about four with a lovely rainbow. We went out for milk and bread, we always seem to run out , and drove to the point. The waves were still fairly large and it was blowy and cold so I did nt stay out for long.
Two people were collecting seaweed that had been pulled from it's bed and washed up in the extra high tides. I really must collect some and put some on our garden, it could do with a feed :)
6.45pm and still light enough to see the other side of the field. Hoping to do a bit of star gazing at Brownies on Tuesday but it will depend on the weather.
