Nest building in Progress

While Big R took a 20 mile bike ride as he is preparing to do a ride through the boroughs of NYC with my younger brother....I did a dog/heron sighting walk at the dog park.  They are finally carrying the twigs and sticks back and forth all part of the nest building process....altho the nests are already in place, they are re enforcing them with new stuff and it's fun to watch this!

Thanks for the stars and hearts on my extension tube macro of the past couple days!  Happy Sunday  We are off to explore the rattlesnake lake area with friend for the rest of this beautiful day!
