The Adventures of Eli

Eli and the Knock Back

We've been debating the renewal of our baby sensory classes for a while now. We originally signed up for 10 and here we are 33 weeks later running amok every week and causing mummy to exert herself a little too much for a woman in her physical post natal condition.

But at 9am when we had both been washed, dressed, fed and were sat looking at each other and the four walls we decided that a few more weeks wouldn't do us any/much harm. Would it? The doubts crept back in when I took over from the plastic doll as class demonstrator and then emptied an entire basket of shakers over the place whilst trying to fit them all in my mouth. After our usual lunch we came home for nap time. When I woke up mummy put Toy Story 3 on the TV. I consoled her at the end when all the toys were given away.

We had to knock back two play invites for tomorrow. This has NEVER been known. You named it we'd be at it. The need to earn a living is ruining our social life. I consoled mummy once more....
