Steps to nowhere

Collieston has been linked to the Dee - Deveron mains water supplyfor about thirty years, but before that water was pumped from a spring in a small bay to a water tower at the top of the cliff. Now all that is left of the steps which led to the tower, are these six concrete blocks..... to puzzle future generations.
