The Money Ship

This glass landmark building is THE eye catcher on the Amsterdam Zuidas because of it's uncommon architectural shape.

In street language It's often referred to as 'the shoe', 'the skate', 'the iron' and even 'the table vacuum cleaner'.

I personally call it 'the Money Ship' as seen from behind it also resembles a 17th century Dutch VOC Vessel used to sail the world to trade goods and it's currently the headquarters of one of our biggest banks / insurance company called ING.
