My Fitness Pal - Tea Challenge

Every now and then I sign up to My Fitness Pal in a bid to record what I eat and how much exercise I do. My brother has done the same, although his 'regime' enables him to eat 2400 calories each day, while mine allows only 1770.

Having skipped breakfast (survived the morning on a cup of coffee with one sugar) and then eaten what I thought was a light lunch - a couple of rolls and a bowl of soup (oh... and a packet of crisps) - I was shocked to find out that I only had about 450 calories left for tea. This little lot came in under 400... and very tasty too!

I can't see this burst of My Fitness Pal lasting long...
