Welcome back!!!

What a weekend...no blipfoto to take me good company while G. was away.
But it is over and t is all up and running again.
Two things I gained: first acknowledgment of how important is this journal for me and second 3 new books on photography.
One of them is Camera Lucida by Roland Barthes.
I could have hardly taken a better pic to express my feeling today.
I will not though say why.
I will leave open the gap between the "studium"- the obvious symbolic meaning of a photograph, and the "punctum"- the personal meaning a photograph has for every individual; just to borrow Barthes' words.
