Monochrom I wish!

As I'm not likely to get a beautiful Leica Monochrom any time in the near future I've kept to plan A and got myself a load of nice fresh Tri-x - simply the best black and white every made.

I would be lying if I said I wouldn't like the Monochrom - notice the German spelling- but film still takes a lot of beating and given that I don't have seven thousand quid lying around doing nothing, it going to be a while before it appears on Christmas morning.

The only fly in the ointment is that my camera now seems to be exposing two stops under so it's back to the repair shop for some re-calibration but that aside, I'm getting a bit excited by it all.
