Testing, testing, 1,2,3...

My daughter has ordered a Zeiss 50mm f1.4 lens and it arrived today. As she isn't here for another week I needed to check it out and boy it's a beauty. No auto focus, real nice feel to it and a creamy bokeh.

So of course I opened it wide open at f1.4 and snapped the plant in the window. There was no intention whatsoever of this being the blip for today but look what just happened.
