Shingles Warning

J spent a large part of today creating a webpage that would provide instant information about shingles, its effects and treatments, for anyone who might be suffering the first symptoms.  Such a page, had it existed, could have spared her at least some of the worst ravages of the virus, so she decided to share her experience for the benefit of future sufferers.  It can be seen here.  But a warning to those of tender sensibilities, it does contain some graphic photographs of the effects of the shingles as it progressed over the course of just seven days!
