Don't make me laugh

Had a half day off work today so that I could take TSM out shopping - her first proper trip out since her operation. It was successful in that we had a lovely lunch in a pub garden (the easy bit) and managed to do two shops before the pain set in and three before we had to give up; she couldn't make it back to where we had parked so I went and bought the car round to her.

It still hurts when she laughs. This pose says it all really.

Wonderful to have some summer, although amusing to hear people moaning that it is too hot and sticky just a few days after they were moaning how wet and cold it was. No pleasing some people.

Another Olympics planning meeting this morning. Fascinating insight into just how much intricate preparation has gone into this huge event. Fingers crossed it all goes according to plan and the sun shines then as well ....
