Swim carnival

An early morning start to watch the children in their school swim carnival. Ellie did a fantastic job with First place in almost all her races with a thrilling photo finish in 50m freestyle, Sophia managed first in Breast stroke, fifth in 100m freestyle open, third in backstroke and second in butterfly. James managed third in his first EVER swim carnival race so well done those guys!!

Headed to Manly beach for a delicious lunch from Ben & Jerry's, watching the surfers, then found a lovely memorial walk with fascinating tales of the Australian military on their various campaigns up on North Head.

A quick turn around and dinner in a nice but empty restaurant overlooking the harbour. Last night in Sydney for now sniff sniff.
