Roll Out

Pizza night! Snapped this just before it was time to roll out the dough. 
 
Tonight we tried a new Gluten free pizza crust mix.  It was good but tough to work with. The mix made enough dough for two pizzas.  The first one ended up heart shaped and the dough kept sticking to the rolling pin.  The second was almost square but by rolling the dough between a layer of parchment and some plastic wrap, it was much easier to deal with.

The pizzas were awesome!
