Two bikes.

Once the apple of their young owners eyes.

Now so much scrap, worth nothing, no-one rebuilds them, every one wants new stuff.

It's a bit like the labour market. Nobody wants to employ the slightly slower, but technically better older person. Too Heavy, no pretensions of shiny modern tat..

So they will probably go to the dump.

So much scrap!
