A surprise offering

So, as a pre disclaimer I don't like fast food. I don't like KFC, Burger King, Subway, St Pierre's Sushi, any of them and I especially despise McDonalds.

Imagine my surprise then when I found myself standing in one ordering a burger today. The Balmoral Maccas (as it's dubbed by Kiwis) has begun a 'gourmet' range where I ordered Angus Beef with caramelised ten onions, guac, sautéed garlic mushrooms, Swiss cheese and all inside a freshly baked ciabatta bun.

I'm not sure if I'll be going back but that's more to do with not wanting to give MDs my money then anything else as I hate to admit that I was actually quite 'stoked' with my purchase.
