Spur winged Plover.

Went down to the beach this afternoon, as there were two Caspian Terns down there. But when I got there, they had gone and the two Plovers were there.
So, as I was there I decided to try and creep up on them. Got a reasonable shot while it was on the beach. But also this got one, (which has been heavily cropped) as it showed up the nasty looking spurs on its wings.
Hate to be another bird that it attacked!!
