Stepping Stones

The inspiring biology teacher back in Newcastle, dropping out of University, the lucky break that was the research assistant's job, the breakthrough discovery, the book that was picked up by TV, the production company's take over by Sony, being The New Face on US TV... These were the events that led me to this place, today. Where, in front of a camera and a director, I am explaining the life cycle of an amphibian. Whilst hopping from rock to rock across a muddy river in South America.


A day that was redeemed by an excellent game of football at lunchtime. And it's nearly the weekend...
