Vertigo

I opened my eyes this morning and the room was spinning...and I hadn't even had a drink.  I had to move slowly and carefully when I got out of bed and for the first few hours.  It has gotten better over the day but I still have to be careful how I move my head or it gets worse again.  I hope it leaves me as fast as it came...  It was actually hard to look at the screen on the camera if it was not perfectly still so I was glad to have this Dark-eyed Junco perched just outside my front window.  The snow is piling up again and still falling so I wasn't planning on going out anyway.  Hope tomorrow is a better day for my inner ear and the weather!
