Central Heating Engineer on site

After many phone calls and many voice recorded options, I finally discovered that mum's broken central heating was covered by insurance...

Well after an hour on site & lengthy telephone chat to his support team too, the heating engineer has just left, but he couldn't fix it either, so he's now returning tomorrow with new circuit board... In a way, I'm pleased to know that even he couldn't fathom what was wrong.

Fortunately mum's conservatory is enjoying some lovely sunny rays today, so it's actually quite warm & all is well.
