What is beauty?

I see this view every morning as I drive to work.

In the background is this beautiful mountain range with gorgeous hikes and lakes.

In the the mid-ground there is the beautiful architecture of our state capital and represents what can be made with imagination and resources.

And then in the foreground is one of several petroleum refineries on the outskirts of the city.

I have always viewed them as an eye-sore.

But for some reason, when all three come together, I find something beautiful in it.
