Drowned rat!

After yesterdays 'waving not drowning' I thought I'd have a go at the flip side.
I was tempted to tell you all how I'd done a really heavy work out in the merciless heat of the day, but no I had just stepped out of the shower... ;)

I'm feeling pretty darn pleased with my good fortune as far as the weather is concerned, cos I've taken this week off work!
I had it booked before I knew what the weather was gonna be like, so how jammy is that?
Back to work on Sunday though...
