Rain-Soaked Hibiscus

"What?"  I hear you exclaiming, "Hibiscus blooming in snow-infested Connecticut?"

Fear not, Gentle Reader.  You have not gone over the deep end.  We flew to Florida today for a brief sojourn with our Sunshine State grandson, and also to visit with Mr. W's parents.

It is such a delight to see green grass, palm trees, Spanish Moss-draped Live Oaks, and tropical flowers, without even a hint of the White Stuff or any ice!  Sadly, it's very grey and rainy and the temperature is hovering around the 55° F mark, but hey!  It's a lot better than the 9° F in Connecticut this morning.
