On the days I'm consciously reducing my food intake I'm finding that drinking helps keep the rumbling tum quiet.  Drinks sans milk and sugar are not high on my 'like' list but the one I do enjoy is liquorice tea.  With a hint of sweetness and a 'bite' to the taste, the addition of a few other spices adds a bit of variety too.  Tonights version included cardamom seeds.  Yummy!
