...it wouldn't be a visit to Tynemouth without looking in on the market!
Met Sue & Richard for a mooch and a coffee. Despite the grey weather there were loads of folk about -  we had to try several places before we could find a table. Eventually found lovely scones in the cafe by by the boating lake - and the staff were really friendly, so they will promoted to a top choice in future, rather than merely a back-up!
