Three men and a remote control

Again a day filled with maintenance on board tugboat "Holland".
The remote control of the main engine had given us some trouble in the past.
As we tested it we noticed the manoeuvring wheel was not at the right position when the lever in the wheelhouse was in stop position. So at first we had to figure out how it all had to work, and did some adjustments. In the end it worked fine.
And: we explained to all our co-workers how the emergency control of the engine works. (As it was a salvage tug in the past and mostly had to sail in stormy weather, the main engine had to be able to start at all times).
