A Great Day!

It has been a great day! Many cards, FB messages , texts and phone calls.
On the present front some moneys for  more photo kit, some music and a book. But perhaps the best was a totally unexpected package from a long standing pal from the scouting, climbing, caving and camping days, in a sealed plastic bag a tin of Pilchards marked as shown above ! :)
We are doing some covering of the livery yard this weekend as the owner is away and two liveries were leaving today and a new one ( an old one returning really to summer with us ) moving in.
Mrs A S and I have just had an Indian take-a-way  with Champagne and Strawberries ! You should try it :)
