beautiful surprise

Crocuses don't grow very well in our garden. I've planted no end of them and often they don't even come up. We have thousands of snowdrops springing up everywhere but no luck with crocuses. So seeing this little patch of them growing up through the moss and grass under the apple tree was a delightful surprise. Such a lovely soft colour too. I think they're wild.
