It's not really Autumn.

My children came for a visit and we all went for a lovely warm swim to welcome the first day of Autumn.

Hubby has a swimmers snorkel that sits in front of your face and the strap wraps around your forehead, there's no way he would let me blip it. It means you can swim laps and not lift your head for a breath.

We all had a turn and he didn't feel quite so silly after seeing us wearing it.
