#project365 #fmsphotoaday Growing my range of food that I can cook/bake.  Thanks to @theboyandme for this recipe. My grandparents used to make these and eating them is a very happy childhood memory. This was one of their plates. I will be experimenting next with the very hot frying pan as the pizzastone in the oven has produced a more biscuit-y than cake-y texture. Hurrah for St David.
