High and low

I was on a high this morning after winning the club golf championships in my section - first time ever!
But soon after, I received a phone call to say a book club friend and her husband had been in an accident. Her husband was killed and she is in a critical condition. On Monday we had a wonderful book club evening at their home.....
On my way home I stopped along the coast to get my emotions under control, and watched these yachts for a while... one never knows where the wind is going to blow us....
