Hydration is your Friend

Especially on the day after drinking way too much alcohol.

Today has been a really really lazy day as both of us woke up with pounding headaches.  And in my case a really sore knee.

I have pretty much been on the sofa watching back to back Charmed today.  Steve at least has been out to the supermarket and had a go on the treadmill.

Monday is about to roll around too quickly.
