Au Revoir

We left the New Forest today after our weekend break, travelling via Beaulieu and Lyndhurst.  Beaulieu is an olde worlde village famous for its stately home, abbey and motor museum, none of which we visited preferring to explore the village and river and the local farm shop which had a busy cafe with very good coffee. We said goodbye to Emma and Andy as they headed back to London.

Lyndhurst was very busy and we just drove through on our way home.

I took the photo in the village, an old gatehouse by the looks of it, possibly onto the Beaulieu estate.

Back home we picked up Dylan from Jane's and he seems to have settled back into his routine in spite of being traumatized by her dogs, cat, rabbits and hamsters (he loves it there really).
