Victoria Station....

For the first time in a long while you are able to use the Victoria Station tram stop. It's been closed while they hoist the beautiful new roof into place. Amazingly, the trains have never stopped. The reopening has given us a chance to get in and really appreciate the curve of the roof and the beautiful space underneath. It's not finished but I think it's going to be a triumph. Railway architecture often is of course with those great viaducts crossing remote valleys and the like. You can see the line of the old train shed against the office block wall. They are going to keep that there as a reminder of what it was once like.
