Not a spelling mistake, just how you'd say it in Norn Irish.

This wee fella was in the botanics, squirreling away eating something pine based I think. I think he's a young'un, as he was pretty small. Is he just a grey or a hybrid red/grey, his face is quite reddish?

It was so peaceful there and smelled like a forested mountain glade.
